Upon checking in, I was impressed by the friendly and clean front desk area, giving me hope for the room. However, our room had a water leak by the bed resulting in a wet carpet that needs fixing. Despite this, the room was clean and well-maintained, but the issue with the bed was concerning. The manager's response about the bed was disappointing as well.
